This year’s camp

Special Camp will again be held at Ponderosa Lodge, which is part of the Mount Hermon conference grounds in the Santa Cruz mountains in Northern California.  This year’s Special Camp will be from June 22-28, 2008.

Our theme verse for this year is…

“Trust in God’s unfailing love.”  Psalm 52:8

Promoting Special Camp

Special Camp week has often been life-changing for many of our volunteers, as they have seen a purity of worship, experienced unconditional acceptance, and served wholeheartedly in joyful Christian community alongside our other volunteers.  We believe that Special Camp provides a great growth opportunity for those who volunteer.  (See testimonials of prior Special Camp volunteers.)  If you would like to view Special Camp promotional videos or are interested in promoting Special Camp at your church or fellowship group, please click here for more information.

Aide registration

Returning aides

If you’ve applied to serve and have served as an aide at Special Camp before and would like to serve with us again this year, you can register online as a returning aide here.  Please note that the Special Camp aide registration deadline is April 12, 2008.  As we were blessed with a full contingent of aides the last several years, please register as early as you can to ensure your place at this year’s camp.
